Political Circus in Prague

I think that the reality is totally different from the spin coming either from the left or from the right.
It is alway a healthy mental exercise to look for someone who would benefit from a particular major event. The future will tell but the governing party, the Civic Democratic Party, may like to appear as someone interrupted during a job, which might have really turn out good, had the government not been forced out of office. In addition to the sympathy increased popularity, they actually do not have to finish any reforms or implement any promises they had made during the election campaign.
In the meantime, we look to the world kind of funny - on one hand we get the Visitor (Obama) to give us good marks by making the Speech here, on the other hand we give up all the brownie points earned during our EU presidency.
For me, the best result of all of this would be if we voted this bunch of looser out and brought in some fresh angry young people who would stop this Czech made silliness.
